Salon Policies
This year and going forward I want to provide the experience of a lifetime. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Therefore, I have implemented new and improved salon rules. Please understand that each rule will apply to everyone.

Please book the correct services. If you need multiple services please choose everything needing to be done to avoid cancellation or rescheduling.

There is only a 10 minute late grace period. After 10 minutes your appt will be cancelled and the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to reschedule, you are allowed to once on the same deposit.

Please do not bring any EXTRA guests to your appt. They will be asked to wait outside.

Please ensure to be detangled and styled free prior to your appt.

Payments accepted are Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay ($3), Cash App ($5 fee), Credit Card ($3 fee),

Kids Styles are for ages 10 and under. If your child is over the age of 10 you will be subject to paying the correct fee at time of service.

Shipping/Pick up are always within same day to 7 business days. If any delay you will be notified.
